I was facing surgery, family in from Boston and another friend from Texas coming in to care for me, with no working shower or bathroom and a back up of “stuff”. You answered the call immediately, fixed it, told us we needed pipes . Friday the pipes broke. Again you came out ASAP to fix everything, by the time I came home from the hospital, everything was working. Your kindness, prompt response, honesty and compassion is more than I could of asked for.
